JUNE 26 BUSSLETON TO MARGARET RIVER

Well what a lovely day we had - the sun even shone for part of it!
We headed off to Margaret River and had a look around Dunsborough - what a stunning entrance to their town they have and what a beautiful prosperous place - it all looks so neat - the streets are beautiful the beaches were much nicer than Bussleton's and there were bike paths which were being utilised

This is what welcomes you as you come into their town - it was stunning...

From Dunsborough we drove on through COWARAMUP - well you should see what they have done with the first three letters of their town's name to promote this place - there were COW's everywhere - and people stopping and photographing...

And the town's folk had been creative with the naming of their businesses

pronounced MOO COW....!

We moved on from COWARAMUP to Margaret River calling in on our way to Colonial Brewery where more cows were found....

The staff were lovely - the food was great!

We then drove into Margaret River and had a quick look around before heading back towards Busselton on the coastal road and drove in to Vasse Felix, Evans & Tate and the stunning Saracen Estate vineyards - bought nor tasted but drooled

Aaah but then we found Gabriel Chocolate -
Yummo!!!
After leaving Gabriel Chocolate we moved on up to Yallingup - how do people actually get to live in these divine places???  It was just gorgeous....

Then back through Dunsborough and back to our van - it has been a lovely day - spoilt only by the politcal absurdities and the fact that NSW just did not perform in the State of Origin - and so tomorrow we are moving on - will it be just up the road to Bunbury or I think we will end up in Rockingham and catch up with Donna - cheers.....
